For whatever reason, your migration has failed and the keys are not in your web3signer. Fear not! Here’s what you should do to get back to validating in no time:

Step 1: Retrieve the key backup

Go to the Prysm package > File Manager tab.

Find the Download file section and copy/paste this line in the bar:

/root/manual_migration/backup.zip

As soon as you press Download, you will download the backup file automatically:

Step 2: Upload the backup file into the web3signer

Go to the Web3signer package > File Manager tab

Find the “Upload File” section and browse your files to choose the backup.zip file you have just downloaded. Upload it without writing anything on the directory side (it should say Defaults to $WORKDIR/)

Step 3: Checking everything has worked fine

Your validators should be imported automatically. Go to the web3signer UI (Web3Signer > Info > UI)
